What is the difference between the different meal portions?

They are the same size, the difference is that one of the dishes comes with our house salad!

Are all the meals plant-based?

Yes, all the meals are whole food plant-based!

Can you order daily?

Yes, you can place an order for meals to be delivered Monday-Saturday. With twice-a-week ordering, you can receive your meals on your preferred days. Meals delivered through Monday-Wednesday MUST be ordered by Sunday morning, and meals delivered Thursday-Saturday MUST be ordered by Wednesday morning!

Can I microwave in provided containers?

All our containers are not only microwave safe, but also dishwasher safe. They can be reused as well as recycled!

Is there a pickup option?

No, currently we do not provide a pickup option.

Where is Fork Smart Inc. based?

Fork Smart Inc. is based in Calgary!

How does the cut-off timer work?

Once the timer turns off, orders close for that particular rotation.

Do you only deliver in Calgary?
